As a Fulfillment Specialist at Tree Traction, your mission is to ensure our clients’ print marketing campaigns are executed flawlessly, driving measurable results and client satisfaction. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on organization, precision, and proactive problem-solving while working collaboratively with internal and external partners.
You will manage the end-to-end process of client print orders—selecting USPS Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM) routes, preparing PDFs for print, coordinating with printers, and tracking campaign performance. By delivering timely and accurate results, you will help our clients achieve consistent growth and a steady influx of high-quality leads.
Our clients rely on you to provide clarity, confidence, and results. You will handle order execution, lead tracking, issue resolution, and performance reporting—ensuring that every client experiences the value Tree Traction brings to their business.
You will work within a pod, partnered with a Client Success Associate (CSA), to manage approximately 20-30 clients. Together, you and your client success partner will be solely responsible for the results and retention of your assigned clients, ensuring their ongoing success and satisfaction. While the CSA will communicate directly with the client regarding their campaigns, you'll be in charge of using data to determine where & when to target.
Select appropriate USPS Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM) routes based on client needs and marketing data.
Generate and manage UPS shipping labels for delivery to printers.
Coordinate with printers to ensure orders are produced and shipped on time.
Track and confirm delivery dates for client campaigns.
Audit all Airtable Data to ensure that all pieces of information are added and accurate.
Take new PDF creatives and apply them to clients, ensuring the creatives are adapted to each client.
Manage lead count per order and monitor results.
Target specific routes for campaigns based on client objectives.
Ensure HighLevel and Airtable integration is seamless, with leads being logged correctly.
Input and manage client and order data in Airtable with a high degree of accuracy.
Submit and follow up on inquiries with USPS for delayed shipments or issues.
Communicate effectively with CSA teams, printers, and clients to address questions or concerns.
Create internal reports to summarize performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Very operations-minded with a focus on execution, accuracy, and efficiency.
Strong marketing background to understand campaign objectives and strategies.
Proactive “doer” who takes initiative and drives tasks to completion.
Work Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM MST (40 hours/week). Must be flexible to work occasional additional hours, weekends, or holidays as needed.
Post-secondary education relevant to business, data analysis, marketing or product fulfillment
Familiarity with HighLevel, Airtable, and third-party shipping tools like Shippo or PirateShip.
Experience in process improvement and developing SOPs.
Familiarity with the marketing needs of small businesses, particularly in the home services industry.
