We're looking for a builder who sees inefficiencies as opportunities and turns ambitious ideas into working systems. Your work will directly enable us to scale from our current success to $50M+ in revenue.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
System Building: Design and implement automation infrastructure that powers our growth
AI Integration: Build practical tools using OpenAI, Anthropic, and other APIs to eliminate manual work
Process Automation: Create seamless workflows connecting ClickUp, Slack, Airtable, Google Workspace, and Go HighLevel
Problem Solving: Identify and automate inefficiencies before they become bottlenecks
Team Development: As we scale, help build and train a technical team
Strategic Support: Work with leadership to turn our EOS vision into technical reality
AVAILABILITY
Work Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM MST (40 hours/week). Must be flexible to work occasional additional hours, weekends, or holidays as needed.

COMPENSATION & WORK DETAILS
R65,000 – R95,000/month based on experience
Full-time position (~40 hours per week)
Working United States MDT hours with flexibility when needed
